Connect a domain registered elsewhere

Domains and DNS

Point your domain at SBRA by changing its nameservers or adding an A record.

3 min readUpdated on October 26, 2026

You can connect a domain bought from any registrar without transferring it. Nameservers move DNS management to SBRA; an A record keeps DNS at your registrar and only points the website.

Steps

Open Domains and choose "Connect a domain".
Type the domain name and choose how to connect it.
Copy the nameservers or the IP address shown and enter them in your registrar's panel.
Come back to the domain page and follow the verification; propagation can take up to 24 hours.

Do it now

We will open the right screen in your panel.
