Decide how browsers reach your website.

Most failures come from DNS. Check these, then reinstall.

Make sure roastery.example points to SBRA: one A record with the address of your hosting, and no old A records.
Remove CAA records that do not allow SBRA's certificate authority, or add one that does.
If you use a proxy or another CDN in front of the website, switch it to DNS only while the certificate is issued.
Allow the /.well-known/acme-challenge/ path in your redirect rules; reinstalling does this for you.
