Improve deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Improve deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Email

Three records that keep your messages out of the spam folder.

4 min readUpdated on October 29, 2026

Receiving mail servers check that your messages really come from allowed servers. The deliverability page checks the three records and suggests the right values.

Steps

Open Email, then "Deliverability" for the mail domain.
Review the SPF, DKIM and DMARC status.
If the domain uses SBRA nameservers choose "Fix automatically"; otherwise copy the values to your registrar.

Tip

Start DMARC with a none policy to watch the results before tightening it.
