1. The service
SBRA provides hosting, domains, email and related tools as described on each plan page. A service starts once payment is complete; services that take time are set up as operations you can follow from the panel.
2. Billing and renewal
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and exclude the 14% VAT added on the invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated renewal price unless you turn auto-renew off, and you can cancel any subscription at the end of its term from Billing.
3. Acceptable use
The services may not be used for unlawful content, unsolicited mail, malware or harming other customers. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules after notifying you.
4. Your data and ending a service
Your content belongs to you and you can export it at any time. When a subscription ends without renewal, data is kept for a limited grace period and then deleted, so take a backup before the term ends.
